NamiCharms is NOT responsible for lost and undelivered packages via USPS or international carriers. Please insure your shipments to avoid costly losses.

USPS delivery times are suggested and NOT guaranteed.

** Recently USPS has guaranteed a 1-2 days delivery time on their Priority Express Mail to the lower 48 states

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note delivery time for international orders are not guaranteed. Though most orders arrive within 7-10 days ,it may also depend on the country and its custom procedures. In some rare cases, packages may be held at custom for up to 8 weeks. Please understand the risks when buying internationally and that we have no control over this matter. (This can be the case even when ordering expedited shipping)
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. We hope you understand that this varies greatly and we cannot advice further on this.
Tracking information only shows when the package is in the US. When the package crosses the border, there will be no updates until it's delivered.
International orders may take 2 to 8 weeks to arrive.
We highly suggest purchasing insurance during checkout, this enables you to claim the cost of the package in the event it is lost.

*** LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES & INSURANCE
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order has shipped, USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as "delivered", we are not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages.
In case an order is marked as "undelivered", please contact us to resolve the issue.
Please note insurance is included for priority and priority express mail within the US. If you are using Standard USPS shipping you may choose to purchase insurance during checkout.
International Insurance is covered by USPS only on Priority Express shipments.
On Standard and Priority you must purchase insurance during checkout.
