Is the jewelry made from real silver ?

Yes, all our items are high quality 0.925 Sterling Silver. We do NOT sell any plated items.

What is 14kt Gold Filled ?

Metal: 14kt 1/20 Gold Filled
Gold Filled: Gold filled is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal.
Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating.
Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors.
As a matter of fact, anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled without worries of any allergic reaction to the jewelry.
Gold filled jewelry is an economical alternative to solid gold!

Can you guarantee shipping times ?

That depends. For shipments within the US only EXPRESS shipments are guaranteed by USPS with a 1-2 day lead-time. Priority and First Class mail is NOT guaranteed . For International shipments it is not possible to guarantee shipping times as each country has it's own customs procedures which we can not control. We can also quote you UPS per request

I would like a combination or length I don't see, Is that possible ?

Yes, since we cut all our chains to size we can accommodate any chain length. Prices may vary.

What packaging does the jewelry come in ?

Items come in a blue velvet bag . If you would like to purchase additional gift wrapping such as a silver tote bag or a silver box , please add that option to your cart .

I have a Seller's Permit and am except from paying sales tax , what should I do?

Please send us a copy of your Seller's Permit to sales@namicharms.com and we will adjust your account so that tax will not be charged on all items
