NamiCharms accepts returns and exchanges (** exclusions apply). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item via email at sales@namicharms.com or by phone at 916-612-8509. Items should be shipped back in a bubble envelope with tracking to :

Once the return is received your request for a refund will be processed.
If you received free shipping , $4.99 will be deducted from your refund .
Exchange requests will be require you to pay a shipping cost and any additional costs associated with your exchange request should there be any.
